Samsung has announced the launch of two new sleek and ultra-wide curved gaming monitors at IFA 2016. Priced at $999, the CF791 features a 34-inch VA curved display with an enhanced resolution of 3440×1440 pixels. On the other hand, the CFG70 is available in both 23.5-inch and 27-inch VA curved display. The 23.5-inch monitor is priced at $399, while the 27-inch model is available at $499. The main attraction of the new monitors is the integration of curved edges, which looks elegant when viewed at any angle.

While the Samsung CF791 is a flashy white and silver model with a massive 34-inch display, the trimmed Samsung CFG70 will be beneficial for gaming purposes. The new curved monitors come with AMD FreeSync Technology coupled with a speedy 1ms response time. You will not be able to make use of pivot stand in CF791. However, the stand is available for CFG70 variant. In Samsung CF791, you can make use of HAS Stand, which is also available with CFG70. Talking about other specifications, the CFG70 offers 1800R curved, 1ms response time, 144hz refresh rate, one display port, two HDMI ports. This model doesn’t ship with USB ports. In addition to FreeSync, the CFG70 curved monitor also provides support for arena lighting and gaming UX. This monitor ships with both HAS and pivot stands.
